Knight Royale

Everyone enters with the same starter set, grows stronger by hunting monsters, gathers gear from chests and runs from the closing poison gas. The last one standing wins, and everyone earns Soul Gems.

Today's starts

Sign-up

  • The event opens every day at 16:00 and 21:30; sign-up stays open for 10 minutes.
  • Level 35 and above may join. The first 160 are taken.
  • The first map fills with 80 first; the second map opens only once the first is full and with at least 30 players. If fewer than 30 are left, they are not taken in and get a notice.

Playing

Your own items are put aside; everyone starts with the Knight Royale set (Old Knife, armour, 15 arrows, potions, Holy Water) at royale level 1. Your items come back when you leave.

  • Hunting the monsters on the map gives royale experience, up to level 10.
  • Treasure chests and monsters drop weapons, armour, potions and Blink Scrolls; opened chests come back after a while.
  • A player who dies leaves a Gift of Pathos chest (10 minutes) and is out.
  • The last one standing wins.

The poison gas

  • The gas closes the area in five rings, step by step: 3 minutes each for the first three steps, 5 minutes after that.
  • Inside the gas your sight darkens and you lose health.
  • Rounds that start with fewer than 40 players begin at the second gas step.

Pathos' Delegate

  • At the third gas step Pathos' Delegate appears in the safe area; its position is announced every minute.
  • Its killer gets the Blessing of Pathos (more attack damage) for 3 minutes.
  • The Delegate drops a Mythril Ingot at a high rate.

Mythril crafting

  • Mythril Ingots also drop from chests and monsters.
  • With the Craft button in the right corner: Greatsword + Mythril Ingot = Mythril Sword, Composite Bow + Mythril Ingot = Mythril Bow.

Reward: Soul Gems

  • Kills: the number of kills + 1 Soul Gems.
  • Rank: 1st 60, 2nd 40, 3rd 35 Soul Gems.
  • Everyone else by the number of starters: the top 15% get 25, up to 50% get 20, up to 80% get 10, the rest 1 Soul Gem.

Soul Gems are exchanged with [Trader] Julia in Moradon:

  • 50: [Event Emblem] (3 days)
  • 75: 100 Water of Ibexs or 100 Potion of Crisis
  • 100: [VIP] Vault Key (7 days)
  • 200: Blue Alencia Wings (15 days)
  • 300: Solar Pendant
  • 400: Lunar Tattoo (15 days)
  • 700: [Anniversary Emblem Replica]
  • 900: the <Solar Messenger> achievement
  • 1000: Bronze Premium (30 days)
